When it comes to making the economy and society more sustainable, ambitious goals have been formulated. In order to achieve these goals we are faced with a number of transitions, also in the Green Heart. Contacts with companies and governments in the Green Heart revealed an increasing interest in hydrogen as a clean energy carrier. Various initiatives in the Green Heart led in 2021 to the idea of a regional opportunity map for hydrogen initiatives in the Green Heart and possibly, in addition, a regional program.
